THE CAREER ACCELERATOR 3 SESSION PACKAGE
Each session is 1 hour long.
Session 1. We’ll evaluate and discuss your current, past experiences and accomplishments to establish a structure for our time together and the accountability for your actions while building your desired life.
Session 2. We’ll create a job search plan and strategies that will yield career success.
Session 3. We’ll work on these methods together and create a guideline that you can continue to use as a structure for your advancement.
THE CAREER SPECIALIST 5 SESSION PACKAGE
Each session is 1 hour long.
Session 1. We’ll evaluate and discuss your current, past experiences and accomplishments to establish a structure for our time together and the accountability for your actions while building your desired life.
Session 2. We’ll work through assessments and have a clarity session on defining what roles would be the best for you, focusing on your values at work.
Session 3. We’ll work together on establishing a job search plan and networking guideline
Session 4. We’ll explore stress relief methods and confidence tools for you to implement for internal and external success immediately
Session 5. We’ll establish your plan for continued success and a method that will support you during your career journey.
THE CAREER MASTER 8 SESSION PACKAGE
Each session is 1 hour long.
Session 1. We’ll evaluate and discuss your current, past experiences and accomplishments to establish a structure for our time together and the accountability for your actions while building your desired life.
Session 2. We’ll work through assessments and a clarity session on defining what roles would be the best for you, with a focus on the values at work.
Session 3. We will reduce the feeling overwhelmed so you can excel and lead by defining your motivators and interests.
Session 4. We’ll explore opportunities and develop your areas of knowledge, skills and abilities.
Session 5. We’ll develop your workplace story while researching opportunities to take within your career path and assess workplace environments and culture.
Session 6. We’ll outline your occupational reality developing your understanding and clarity of the current market, salary, negotiations, job search, and commitment.
Session 7. We’ll establish a networking strategy to get you in front of hiring managers, recruiters, and following up.
Session 8. We’ll conclude with reviewing any shortcomings and a mindset practice to help you adapt to change, imposter syndrome to enhance your self-awareness and overall improve your quality of life.

Results are always based on the client. But what I can promise you is that if you take everything I provide you and what I coach you on, you’ll 100% see success and a change. Clients that follow my strategies and practice obtain opportunities as quickly as 2 months. Oh, and confidence, lots of added confidence too.
